drängen sich vor und verhindern vernunft
fortschritt trifft auf scheitern
und selbstbetrug formt das bewusstsein
langsam stirbt es, das letzte gefühl von hingabe
und hinterlässt nichts als trägheit.
und wenn der letzte gedanke erlischt, gehen auch wir mit ihm mit.

auch wenn ich mich selbst dafür verfluche,
merke ich immer mehr wie sehr sich gleichgültigkeit
als perfekte lebensgrundlage eignet
